These terms govern the use of MOST Insight and the https://mostllc.net website provided by MOST LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

1. Subscriptions

Plans are sold as monthly or annual subscriptions sized by number of users and indexed data volume. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period; annual plans are pro-rated on request.

2. Payment

Fees are stated in US dollars, exclusive of taxes, and are charged in advance through our payment provider. Failed payments may result in suspension of the service after notice.

3. Customer data

You retain all rights to the documents and data you connect. We process them only to provide the service, under the security measures described on our security page, and do not use them to train shared models.

4. Acceptable use

You must have the right to connect and index the sources you add, and must not use the service to infringe the rights of others or to attempt to bypass access controls.

5. Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability and provide support according to your plan. A 99.9 % monthly uptime commitment applies to the Business and Enterprise plans with service credits as the sole remedy.

6. AI output

Answers are generated by AI from your documents and are provided with source citations so that they can be verified. They do not constitute professional advice; you remain responsible for decisions taken on the basis of them.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes shall be brought before the courts of that state.
